central location comfortable bed double charge receipt issue
The location impressed me. It was near a train station and many eateries. the bed in my charles river view king was particularly comfortable.

superb stay!
friendly staff real plants comfortable bed nearby shops
I found the staff very friendly. They helped me a lot. the hotel had real plants, i thought this was a nice touch. my bed was comfy! it was easy to get around to the shops nearby.
The room service arrived quite late. It was after i returned in the afternoon and i just wanted to relax.

the gym included real plants. there were three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. i also saw free weights and yoga mats were available to guests.

The hotel sits near many shops and also close to medical facilities. The location seemed pretty central. public transport options are easily accessible from the hotel. it made getting around town pretty easy.

the staff were professional and helpful! they provided evening turndown service, a nice touch that's rare nowadays. i also received prompt assistance with my luggage and inquiries.

the restaurant was excellent with great service. the food was delicious and the menu offered diverse options! however, i could not see any english breakfast tea, that's a shame!

convenient location comfortable bed
I appreciated the convenient location near the t red line. GREAT shopping and restaurants were easily accessible. The room was clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed.
The hotel staff seemed inexperienced, showing a lack of focus on client service.

My classic king room included a spacious layout and modern decor. I observed immaculate housekeeping standards. Every surface gleamed. A comfortable king-sized bed was great and there was ample closet space for luggage.

superb stay
convenient location fireworks lovely bicycle access
i loved the convenient location near the esplanade. it made seeing the july 4th fireworks lovely easy. walking distance to restaurants and museums was a big plus. borrowing a bicycle from the hotel allowed me to explore more.
The room service was late each day. They didn't clean the room until late afternoon. this was not ideal when i wanted to relax.

the rooms were spacious and quiet offering a sanctuary. beautiful linens covered an comfortable bed. plenty of space was there for all my luggage, including an oversized closet and several drawers.
