I found the staff very friendly. They helped me a lot. the hotel had real plants, i thought this was a nice touch. my bed was comfy! it was easy to get around to the shops nearby.
The room service arrived quite late. It was after i returned in the afternoon and i just wanted to relax.

i loved the convenient location near the esplanade. it made seeing the july 4th fireworks lovely easy. walking distance to restaurants and museums was a big plus. borrowing a bicycle from the hotel allowed me to explore more.
The room service was late each day. They didn't clean the room until late afternoon. this was not ideal when i wanted to relax.
